2 of my 5 fan headers are no longer working after changing cases. Everything else on the board works. The CPU fan, exhaust and case fan 1 are working but the mobo will not see fans 2,3 when they are plugged in. Otherwise the board is working I can boot into windows. I just find it wierd and wonder what could have happened ?

This happened to me before. My OPT_FAN1, CPU_FAN and PWR_FAN were the only ones working.
Turns out I dropped a screw behind the mobo that was shorting something, at least nothing broke. ![]() See if you mounted all the standoffs properly or if some metal debris or object is stuck behind the motherboard. Just my two cents.
