Default Asus rampage ii extreme/i7 920 do help tweaking/overclocking please

Hi all, i've just built my new i7 system and could do with some guidance on tweaking and overclocking my bios as i'm new to i7. Also setting my memory timings. Also voltages or any other info i could please be given. Thanks.

Look in my sig for the 4Ghz link.

Few thigns to remember, always make sure the Uncore Multiplier is twice the Memory, and set QPU IMulti to 18X for best results.

First of all, make sure to get the latest bios. One was just released this week, bios 1639. I cant give you exactly what your CPU needs, but here are the voltages my board is stable at with 201 BCLK , x21 multi and my Xeon W3520 (i7 920 D0 equiv) at 4.2GHz with HT on. Again, only use this as a guide to get your board stable at 201 BCLK. Your CPU will most likely not OC the same, could be better or worse:
