Default GA-EP45-UD3LR freezes, sound issues

I recently bought a new motherboard so it would replace my old EVGA 750i FTW. Reinstalled windows, put all drivers, updates BIOS to the latest version and configured everything in it. But still, I'm having issues with sound and micro freezes - PC suddenly freezes for 1 second or less and it happens randomly. I have no idea what can possibly cause it. Any ideas?

I solved it just a few minutes ago. Motherboard supports X.M.P. memory only, but not E.P.P. as I thought, so I just disabled it in BIOS and put all timings manually.

Cheers!
