Default MSI T8300 GM965 AMI Bios Mobo all settings grayed

I am a software engineer that is trying to overclock this MSI Fuzzy GM965/GME965 Mobo with an Intel Core 2 Duo T8300 running at 2.40 GHz.

I went searching through the BIOS, and everywhere I turn anything I can change associated with FSB Speed, Frequency, Ratio Actual Value is all grayed out.

Is there any other way to overclock this system ?
Are there any tools any one is willing to recommend?

I have learned about CPU-Z, and GPU-Z but they only report.
I have heard about ClockGen, and BIOS guides, but they all seem so old or have so many options that are not included in this Mobo AMI BIOS
Version :08.00.15
Build Date:02/06/09
ID: A9803200
Any pointers, URL's etc would be much appreciated

Default

I'm running the same mobo with a slightly slower cpu, T5450 1.66GHz, and I'm thinking about switching out the cpu to a T8300. I can tell you want more out of the one you have, but what is your performance like now?
