It does come with the sound card, it just doesn't come with the water block features.

Guys, the Blood Rage's "sound card" is just a Realtek audio module with Creative software. There's a difference between that and an actual sound card.

It's a high quality audio solution too. The Realtek codec used emulates the SB X-Fi in hardware. Further more, the module is fully shielded to further decrease electromagnetic interference. Ofcourse, a dedicated external soundcard would be the very best solution.

I used the waterblock that came with the board.. Its fine and kept my NB at 38' celcius.
Right now I'm waiting for RMA the whole board .. All that for NB waterblock leak.. There was a hair crack at the upper left side.. near the bolt hole. Very small crack, almost impossible to notice. I'm not saying that the block is not good.. or all out there has cracks! I was the unlucky one. The good think is that I contact Foxconn and they told me to give the whole motherboard at the retail seller to get a brand new! Overall its a great motherboard.

I'm using the waterblock as well - it is full copper too. Temps are ~40 with a 1.22Vnb. With the aircooling addon temps could get almost 70 degrees. I haven't had any trouble with it.
Just make sure that if you go watercooling, you get decent hose clamps. While that goes for any fitting, the NB block needs good clamps because the barbs don't have this sharp 'hooking' edge like those EK highflow fittings have. I haven't had any problems with it. It's just a measure of precaution

Ok another question..... I can get 2000MHz memory cheaper than I can some 1600MHz.... would it be bad for the board if i used the 2000MHz memory?

No, it comes with the same sound card, just does not have water block, dry ice pot, and extra heatpipe on the cooling, and no SAS controller.
