hi guys this board got my head dun in, could anyone shed any light in settings needed to overclock this to 3.2.
ive had it at 3gig using 375x8 but will not pass prime without failing on 3.2
is there any asus guys out there who can help me

were are all the asus pros at then ?
guys ive changed ram to 1600mhz corsair dominators 4 gig of it both in orange slots, still cannot get 3.2 out of this q9400........
surely someone out there can help please
i think its voltage but need help with it prime will run but get rounding error at different times

Maybe it would help if you provided the community with some more details
ie:
what overclocking settings are you using to reach 3GHz
what cooling are you using
what is the stepping of your cpu
have you tried with a lower coef to see if the board hits higher than 375 FSB without issues (which it should)

etc ....

Also it's always good to fill up your system details on your OCN profile

Theres your problem,the P5Q3 doesn't play nice with 1600MHz becasue of the P45 chipset.Manually lower it to 1333 or 1066 and see how your overclock goes

well my specs are
intel q9400
xigmatek hdt-s1284 cooler
2 x 2 gig sticks of corsair dominator CMD4X3M2B1600C8 (4 GIG) in orange slots ddr3
ati 4870 512 meg
dvd reader
dvd writer
corsair 650 wt psu
cooler master cosmos tower (plenty of air)
at min voltage are all on auto but ram and thats at 1.66 as 1.65 not there to select
fsb at 375 everything else at auto prime passes no prob but when i tried 400 but boots fine again with auto voltages but prime fails with rounding error and yes tried 1333 but prime failed again.
please guys come on help me

well i just put cpu voltage to 1.35 and ram voltage to 1.68 every other voltage left at auto, now it primes all day long and passed intel burn test seems happy to run at 3.2 now.
do those voltages seem ok ?
