First the specs:

Asus Rampage Extreme 2, i7920, 6 gig corsair 1600, 2x500 gig WD, 1000w Toughpower, 4870x2

Details: Well I moved from germany to here and shipped my case with my household goods and fed ex'd the components to myself to use until my case came in (it's heavy so I didn't mail it and the household goods go by boat so it takes about a month) So I initially hooked everything up in my temp housing and this is where the issue first started... it wouldn't boot. When I hit the power button my fans pop on for a split second and then everything cuts off and the LCD poster says "power off" so I went through the normal troubleshooting (only vital components) still nothing. So I unplug and go to bed wake up and POOF it works. So I figured it was just a short or something. Now I have everything back in the case and I'm having the same issue only this time no boot the next day... WTH!!! I tried every troubleshooting thing possible for this... I even tested the psu by shorting the green and black wire and if powers up just fine... anyone got any ideas?
