Whats the best mobo I can get for the i7 920. Im thinking about building a i7 rig.

How much are you willing to spend?

If you can afford it and are after the best overclocking CPU then yes go the i7 9** and X58 route.

If you are on a fair budget and will overclock but not over 4GHz then go for the i5/i7 8** and P55 route.

EVGA Classified E759 is impossible to get hold of.

The E760 will overclock better than the E759 but will not run a 16x, 16x,16x PCI-E configuration but unless your running triple SLI/CF you should be fine.

Edit: OK - E759 is now possible to get hold of. They will sell out in minutes =p.

I'm selling my E759 and have CPUz validations at 4.5 ghz, you gonna tell me that isn't fast enough? lol

The E760 version has no real advantage. The downside to the E759 is the NF200 adds heat to the chipset area... thats all lol
