I have N790i Ultra SLI but I run 2 cards... 3 soon (sad that i will be using a 295 for PhysX GO GO GTX395)

If you want the option of adding a second card I would get the FTW version of the N790i... Ultra suffers from lots of Vdroop at higher speeds.
IE: More than 1600fsb (3.4Ghz)

the FTW has LLC.

P45's are good as alot of Ram companies test on these boards so you can pretty much guarantee that there will be minimal tweaking required(if any)
Q9550 is a solid OC'er, Definantly look at running it at 1600fsb at least. =)

GL with the board search.

GA-EP45(T)-UD3P

Or if u don't want dual GPU teh GA-EP45(T)-UD3R

If u don't tend to overclock, get one as cheap as pos with the options on it u like. U really don't need a high end board if ur just gonna stay stock..
