Default Motherboard recomendation for C2D E7400

The motherboard in my gaming desktop apparently is having some issues, I can't get away with network card issues and freezing issues.

It's an Asus P5Q Pro. So I decided to hold off on going to an AMD rig for this next build, and just re-use the Intel CPU I already have along with my RAM, since I know it's a pretty good Dual core.

I do have intentions of overclocking, so I'd like something to do well in that area, if the other requirements I list prevent that, then I guess it's fine.

I'd like to have x8 PCI-Express slots, or at least four PCI-Express x16 slots. ( I only require at least two to run at full x16 speed, but if they all can, that's great!)

I am looking to be able to expand the system out, where I still have the ability for Crossfire in the future, but the current plans are for me to add a PCI-Express 8x LSI RAID card into the system, I also have plans for a good NIC, and maybe one of the new Cards that have USB 3.0. The latter is totally optional add on. I know I am pushing it wanting all kinds of devices to add in. lol

Anyway, I've always been using Asus, how ever I feel like trying another brand, like Gigabyte for example.

The budget is no more than $200 on the board. If one is a tiny bit higher it won't matter.

I'd recommend Rampage as well.
I had Formula and had fsb at around 550-600 all the time.
