bclk : 143 MHz multi: 21 or bclk: 158 multi : 19 uncore & QPI at lowest multis, but maintain a 8:9 ratio uncore:QPI. You shouldn't even have to worry about that, just set qpi to lowest multi, uncore to twice memory clock. You can leave all the settings on auto even, for such a low OC, but I would recommend that you just plug in the default values on many of them. Even though it is a mild OC, doesn't mean you can't optimize the voltages. Use 20 runs of LinX, with "all memory", (if you have 6 GiB 25,000 or greater problem size.) this will tell you if it is possibly stable. Instabiltiy is not especiall likely to be induced by 158 bclk, in my experience, but instability can be caused by other things; for example, the 20x cpu multi can often be unstable. A P6T7 WS is arriving here on monday, incidentally. Note: P6T7 throttles with 21x, aka Turbo. This is only bad if you are a bencher really, and I hope they make it optional in a BIOS revision. I may have forgotten something. Just read some 920 FAQs in the Intel CPU section, they make it easy, search.
