Default Gigabyte P55M-UD4 vs Asus Maximus III Gene

Putting a mATX 1156 build together and it's come down to these two boards:

Gigabyte P55M-UD4 or Asus Maximus III Gene

Gigabyte has 14-phase power for CPU, Asus has 10
I've seen i5 750s tap out at roughly 4GHz (in reviews) with the Gigabyte, but me thinks the Asus should still be able to hit 200+ BLK just as easily, and I'd like to see 4.2GHz

I've also used my share of Gigabyte boards in the past and like their BIOS. Asus I'm not so much a fan of in that dept, but I know I should be able to get what I need done regardless...

EVGA also has a mATX offering, but I'm not so hot on it's 6-phase delivery (know it has Lotes socket but meh) :/

Votes, thoughts/opinions and any personal experience with these boards are greatly appreciated!

Thanks - CV

Two things...

* Your info about gigabyte not having turbo boost is wrong..

* You'd wanna go with the Gigabyte

Look at the 3rd pic of the bios...

Thanks, I'm stealthy like that.

OK well clearly it can handle 21x, but all the reviews I have read suggested that the board was not stable with it, and using 20x was the only way to even POST when shooting for 4+ ...teh eph?
