Default Good, Cheap 1366 mobo to overclock a i7 920

Hey guys, I'm looking to upgrade to an i7 processor. I'm not looking for the best hardware out there, just enough to get the job done. I'm going with the i7 920 for my processor and would like to overclock it to 3.0 GHz (on air) if possible.

I'm wondering if any of you guys have any recommendations for a cheap-ish 1366 mobo that has some nice overclocking features.

As of right now I'm looking into the Gigabyte EX58-UD3R and the XFX X58i. Has anyone tried overclocking with either of these mobos? Good? Bad? Opinions?

Thanks

I've got the UD3r, it's good for overclocking but I would go for something else if buying now. I can't POST if I set my Vcore to 1.5V in the Bios(not a problem for air users) and it also takes me around 15+ seconds to post.

I hear good things about the ASrock extreme.

Thanks for the quick replies guys Any opinions on the XFX X58i board? I'm leaning more towards that one right now because TigerDirect has a combo deal going on with that board + the i7 920
