Default Asus p5q pro fsb:dram

i was wondering if there is anyway to manually put the fsb:dram ratio... i know that there is some kind of changing the strap or something like that to 266mhz, 300mhz and i think 400mhz but how does that work?

533x2=1066mhz
400x2=800mhz
333x2=667mhz
266x2=533mhz
See what i'm getting at? In the bios under dram ratio.
