Hey guys I'm looking for some opinions on these two boards. The first is the Asus P6T SE which is going for $150 open box, the other is the ASUS P6T Deluxe V2 which is going for $209 open box. The reason for them being open box is to save money, but other then that is the v2 worth $50 more? Is there that much of a difference between the two to justify the price when I've heard the SE OCs just as well? Any SE/ v2 users care to share your experiences with either board? Any help would be much appreciated
.

the only thing you need to ask yourself, is whether you will want to run SLI in the future, since the SE doesn't officially support it...I think there are now hacks to go around that, but I haven't read into how that works

The differences are minimal. The deluxe V2 has an extra LAN port and more capacitors, which could in tern affect stability in a positive way. The P6T SE is still known to be a great board, and I doubt your overclocking would be any different whether it's on the P6T SE or the V2, unless you're using extreme cooling and high voltages.
