Do any of you guys know how to set the ram from 2T to 1T on a Maximus Formula II? It should be under "Command Rate" but there is no such thing in my bios. I'm running the newest 2202 bios for the motherboard.

Did a little research, doesn't look like there's an option, but there was something about using Extreme Tweaker > DRAM Command Rate if you have that. Otherwise, 2T was said to be standard on Asus boards from what I saw.

What's this Extreme tweaker? Is it software or something in the bios?

The P45 chipset doesn't support 1T if I'm correct.

It's in the BIOS. If you don't know what it is, you don't have it. I would think that 2T is enabled then, because it's standard.

Yeah, I was just going to comment on this. I have only seen 1T command rate running on NVIDIA 600i and 700i. And I have never seen 1T on anything over DDR2 800 ram. it just doesnt seem possible with 1066 or higher ram from my personal experience.

You won't be able to run 1T with 4 DIMMs...
