If you have to try using the PSU in your current pc to test and rule in or out it being the power supply.

Honestly its hard to say not knowing what actually poped, it would be simple to help if we was there with you and see/hear the pc lol but thats impossible, is there any other info you can post up? Let me ask a few things too,
Did you check and make sure the power was properly connected firmly to the mobo? As posted befor did you check all the wires that goto the pc like the i/o switch, did you check all the jumper settings? Clear the cmos, Make are all cards "grfx, sound, ethernet etc" are seated properly? I ruined a board obe time by seating a agp card wrong "i dont know why" but it sounded like a poping/frying noise and the grfx card and board never worked again. Like recomended go over every little thing and examin it very closely look for anything at all that looks burned, scorched or metled, one last thing ive seen bad ram cause a system not to boot but that still dosent explain the 2 pops.

I believe I have located the source of the problem
It is the 4 pin power supply to motherboard.

There is a 4 pin where it is near the mouse and keyboard of the MB, I don't know what that is called, but this is how I tested.

When I connected the 4 pin into the motherboard, I would turn on the computer and for a spilt second the fans move and then everything just shuts off.

BUT, when I don't plug in the 4 pin near the mouse and keyboard plug, I get the computer to run about 3 seconds. It seems like its loading up, but gets shut down also to another reason. Anyone can help me with this?

Should I just RMA for a replacement or is there a way to fix this? Or is this not even the problem at all?

I'm willing to bet that your current mobo / bios has a feature that prevents the PC from booting if the mobo / bios detects that the fan is either not connected to the mobo, or in this case isn't working. This feature prevents the CPU from overheating and is also something that you can change form (enable to disable) but since you cleared your CMOS this feature is now enabled by default. That's why your PC won't boot and nothing will work. If you replace the CPU fan, i bet your problem would be solved.
Something i found in a search using info gathered from the post's maby one of your case fans or cpu fan has a issue.

Also again faulty memory can cause this did you try a single known working stick of memory in it?

Also i see the same thing on random forums " I heard a wierd poping noise and my pc wont boot" the common responce to alsost all is "your powersupply went and took everything with it"

I seen another post where a hard drive was at fault after someone heard a poping noise and somehow caused the pc not to boot i assume by grounding it maby? Would't hurt to try another hard drive and see.

Shouldn't be my fan because the CPU fan is the stock, I also tried Artic Freeze Cooler 7 and it didn't work.

I took your idea of switching the ram or using 1 only in every combo, nothing.

And I unplugged my harddrive just to see if it will go to POST screen. Nothing.

I still think its that Yellow and Black wire to my motherboard.
