Default vaio bluetooth

ok so Ive had my sz for a bit now, and i got a free copy of vista ultimate from my university. I installed it and everything works well, but I cant seem to get bluetooth working.. all of the drivers are installed and it says so in the device manager, but when I go to the control panel and to hardware&sound like it says to, there is no bluetooth option in sight.. and the upgrade was from hte originally shipped vista buisness edition, which had working bluetooth, so I really dont see why this wouldnt work.

anyone have any suggestions?

thanks!

ok so i checked all the drivers and its all installed, and also the little blue light is on on my laptop that indicates that bluetooth is enabled, and it switches on and off as i flick the wireless switch on my laptop, so that seems to be working, but I still cannot find it in the control panel and I cant find any way to make my laptop 'discoverable'

also, I cant figure out which driver I need in order to make the blue 'Fn' keys on my keyboard work

im looking through sonys support site and i have a list of drivers here and im just installing everything that seems applicable but nothing is really working.

any help would be appreciated, and thanks for the replies sorry my reply was so slow im just really buisy lately with college starting and all

thanks

edit : oh and I took some screenshots so u guys know what im talking about

again thanks!

for the Fn keys look here at Club Vaio. the 4 th thread seems to be the one to look at.

Regarding Bluetooth, I tried Vista for ~1 month or so , and the Bluetooth just had an icon where your AIM icon is ...
