Default Budget Laptop

Hi,
looking for a laptop that is £150. Just for surfing etc. I need as much spec as possible. If its overclocked thats an added bonus XD
Maybe if a fellow OCN user has one for sale they could put a private listing up on ebay or something.
Or maybe something like a subnotebook?
Thanks
Jonty

Then i can put in cpu hdd etc.
Is this possible with laptops and what would the cost be?
