Default Gateway MX6445 Able to overclock???

I hope this is the right place for this post and I apologize beforehand if it is not. I am having trouble finding out if I am able to OC my laptop. Motherboard monitor doesn't recognize my MB so I installed speedfan. My temps look ok but my bios is a phoenix and I cannot find any settings that the ultimate ocing guide spoke of. The drivers for this laptop model were extremely hard to find and support is horrible. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance,
dt5000

You won't be able to OC any computer bought from HP, Gateway, Dell, etc. let alone a laptop except through software, which is universally accepted as a horrible idea.

You can't overclock laptops in 99.999% of the cases. They are designed with very specific heat and power constraints. The only ones that are overclock-able are marketed as so.

To answer most of your questions: (1) a fridge cannot cool a PC (2) 64-bit OS for over 3.4GB (3) If a PCIe card fits, it should work (4) Resolution, not screen size (5) If you have a question, it is not news (6) Report, not respond to Spam (7) Single-Rail/Non-Modular PSUs are not always better than Multi-Rail/Modular (8) Sequential does not matter as much as random for OS drives

You can overclock the high-end or gamer versions of HP, Gateway, Dell, etc. desktop PCs.
