Vista Business x32 and it runs great.

I have also run it (Vista premium x32) on a dual core 2.2 ghz Athlon, with integrated graphics and it runs great as well. Neither are gaming rigs, but a P4 w/ 5200 gaming is a bad idea any ways. Vista typically takes up ~40% tops.

SP1 makes a bit of a difference for CPU utilization, and removing the memory/CPU hogging sidebar definitely helps.

My laptop came with Home Premium when I got it last year and within the first week I downgraded to XP. 6 months later I was back to Vista. I've switched between the 2 OS's a few times but I think I'm sticking with Vista for good.
