Question Compaq Presario R4000

I found a touch pad on ebay but my owners manual does not say how to replace it. From the picture it looks like you have to remove alot of stuff to do it. I already replaced the keyboard with no problem. Can anyone help. Thanks.:

removing touchpads is hella hard, they are connected to the mobo and to the case.
