Default how long does a 9 cell battery last?

on average how many hours can a 9 cell battery be used for the 6 cells can be used for around 2-3 hours from what i know how about 9 cells?

Really depends on the hardware and how the laptop is being used, i.e. Watching a DVD, doing some hardcore gaming, can really kill the battery.

T5670 1.8ghz 13.3 inch screen and windows xp pro and a 8400M GS surfing the internet or writing up in word with wifi on how many hours would that last on average.

Also depends on the MaH (Milliamp-Hour) rating of the battery. If it is a lappy I owuld say no more than 4.5hrs at best

My Mac Lappy will get about 4 to 5 hours of MSN and web surfing but I'm not sure how many cells battery that is...

my 6 cell gets 3 hours. But it depends on the spec too.
