Default Budget laptop that is not half ass?

Alright, i got 700$ to buy a new laptop for normal gaming, I.E not crysis,cod4 (cod4 would be nice though even on low!) pretty much i do not want a dell brand, had one and it must of melted the screws in table because it got to 80C on a little game called peggle. all suggestions taken, im hopeing for a 15.4 + screen, im hopeing someone can dig up something i sure as hell can't!

I would try "I buy power" if you want something for light gameing. Also I like the looks of the higher end gateways.

i got a dell for 600 but not for games, for linux at school and it kicks ass. i dont know why people knock dell laptops. laptops arent for gaming. especially laptops for 700 dollars.

i just don't like dells enough to take them with me i feel better with a gameboy in my hand then a dell in second, but hey maybe a XPS would do nice

I looked pretty hard and couldn't find anything with a decent GPU for $700. Anything greater than a 2400/8400gt is $900.
