Yup... Later I was told if I wanted to I could have filed and probably would have walk out of court with everything for free..
They can propose any agreement they want and you are free to agree or disagree to them. If their terms are undesirable, the business won't be around too long.

Can't argue that.. However, in the US, if you want to do business you have to abide by certain rules..

I don't profess to know anything about those rules except that they are there to protect the buyer.. An example of this would be that they can't refuse sales b/c of Race.. They can't even do that if they included it in their TOS.. Tho it's not exactly the same situation as we are discussing, it is still a situation of 'if you sell it, you honor it'...

Don't take that as 'trolling for a fight'... I'm just thinking out loud more than anything.. As I said, '...I don't know anything'..
