Hey I was looking to add or build a laptop car mount for my car. I wanted to know if anyone had any ideas or if you have done this before. Most mounts are rather expensive (more then $100) and I don't really want to spend that much.
I will be using my laptop (17") to listen to music and provide driving directions. Thanks

Maybe try talking to a local Police department??? They use them so they might be able to help you out. Give a used one or point you to a supplier.

I'd suggest a girl in the passenger seat, but those can exceed $100 if you get a good one.
![]() It's going to be tough to get a mount that big on the cheap, unless you have aluminum welding skillz and can fabricate your own.
