Default Need help with bluetooth on my laptop!!!

Alright, whenever I turn my laptop on my bluetooth automatically starts up. I haven't properly installed the bluetooth yet so it asks me if I want to install it. But the problem is that whenever it opens the window to ask me a question it answers it automatically then another 2 windows pop up and close themselves. This process is repeated up to 50 times and I don't know how to fix it. This is really pissing me off so I really need help.

Also, this didn;t happen before I tried to use the bluetooth for the first time. but after the first time i connected my headphones to it and it just went crazy. Also I need help actually using my bluetooth headset. When I connect the headset it says on my laptop that it is connected but when i try to listen to music with it, it doesnt play through the headphones it still plays through the laptop speakers. Do I need to re-install the driver? if so which one?

I'm running XP Professional as my OS

hi, first i would turn of bluetooth in your bios settings.
then delete any current drivers aswel as any software for the headphone.
restart your pc and then install the bluetooth drivers.
then turn on your bluetooth again in the bios.
your headphone should work proper if it say its connected.
maybe you need to set it in the player on wich you listen music with.
select output device to bluetooth headphones instead of ur regular soundcard.

hope it works for yah.
