Hey guys I want to help my grandma with her laptop upgrading her HDD but you have to take the whole thing apart from the keyboard any one know where I can get a instructions i want her to save $500 before she buys a laptop

you can def change out a hd on a laptop, question is when they say not supported do they mean warranty wise or what???? just amke sure same size and what not and should be able to throw in reload OS
