Default Compaq CQ50 - Fan and cooling trouble
I have a cq50 compaq and it runs very hot and recently has been shutting off randomly which leads me to think it has cooling issues. when i turn on the laptop the fan makes some loud noises and eventually quites itself. my question is should i take apart the laptop and replace the fan with a new fan and maybe reset the cpu with some AS5. do they make replacement laptop fans or is it just a normal 10mm or 20mm fan? thanks
