Curious, is it worth it to upgrade my laptop? I figure I could swap out my HDD with an Intel Generation 2 SSD, then add 4 Gigs of RAM and install Win 7 x64.
__________________I guess what I want is to have a more snappy experience better performance and if I get more battery life then that's alright too. I'd expect to spend around $400.00 on the upgrades, what do you guys think? is it worth it? Should I just sell this one and use the cash to get a better laptop? I'll attach some pics of my Hardware Specs because I don't really know if my system will even be compatible. Any feedback is apprecieted.

you could buy like a good intel ssd and better ram, but at the end of the day, your laptop will not be better performing in games and other tasking stuff as the ssd impacts boot speeds and program speeds, not likely to improve other performance, so if that is ok with you then sure upgrade, if you want better all around performance sell and get something better.

The only possible upgrades are the ssd or a good 7200 rpm hdd plus 4gb of ram.

You should check the "Mainboard" section, then look for the motherboard model through google and see how many gigs of ram it can support.

in my first post, there's a CPUz shot showing:

Try out www.Crucial.com - very helpful and I've used it in the past.
