I can't for the life of me find a decent deal on 2GB of memory for my Dell Inspiron E1505! I currently have 1 x 512MB Hynix 533 in my lappy, but I'm worried it won't be able to run Windows 7 + Quake 3.
The best deal I can find is on Newegg for 2 x 512MB G.Skill 533. I specifically remember at some point 2GB of the same stuff being the same price! Also, would this PNY 667 stuff work despite the current being 533? http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820178147 Thanks!

It has a Core Duo 1.66GHz (essentially an Athlon X2 4800+, only a good bit faster clock-for-clock) and a GMA 950, but I believe the memory is what's holding me back; on the tiny Linux distro I used to run on it, I'd easily grab 90+ fps on most Q3 maps... Now I'm struggling to stay over 50.
