I have downloaded setfsb, but I need a good PLL. Does anyone have any ideas or can you help out?

Without seeing a schematic of your mobo it's hard to tell what PLL you have.
The PLL located near the crystal ocilator (a silver oblong device about 1/2" long), could be anywhere. Usually the PLL IC is located right next to it. It's the numbering on the PLL IC that you need. The other option, which I have used if the particular PLL I had was not supported, is to just try them all. Have a look at CPUFSB too, it supports some different PLLs.
