I think you should call and check to make sure that the billing and shipping address is correct before placing any orders. Good luck!

they are , another thing is the other times that i shipped to a address other than my billing address they werent to a friend and inlaw, this address is the same last name as mine, (my mother) the others werent lol

Please note that not being able to ship to other addresses is Prefered Account's policy and not ours. We do have a policy of having to indicate with your Credit Card Issuer that you will be shipping somewhere other than the billing, but this is simply to protect the Card Holder and ourselves from unauthorized purchases.

this is weird... i just ordered a router from the egg two weeks ago; different shipping & billing address'. I didn't pay via credit card though; it was via debit.

Tigerdirect someone said?????? Ouch.... at least you can return stuff to newegg... i tried to return a motherboard that said 100% guaranteed returnable if not satisfied and they would not take it back. I had bought it in store and it was for online orders.... but they didn't list that anywhere on the website, so i *****ed at the manager and he took it back.... but not after wasting alot of time talking to the salesman there and someone else. Finally they got a store manager....
