Guys, this is a policy ONLY FOR THE PREFERRED ACCOUNT.

Use any other credit card and you will be fine. I just had something shipped my address in New York using my Chicago credit card. It works fine.

and thats what i ended up doing , just was not happy about, oh well
and that really doesnt make it preferred imo oh well
