Can you give us some more info on what you will be doing with this notebook, how much you want to spend and specifically which C2D model you are looking at?

Nothing more than $1300.

I want
16.4 or less screen size with 1920x1080p res
blu-ray

I'm looking at Sony FW series laptop. It comes out to be around $1250
with C2D P8800, 4GB, 1920x1080p, blu-ray burner, Windows 7 Pro, 1GB ATI 4650, 320 HD.

That looks pretty decent, anything with i7 will most likely be over $1300 (I'm assuming you are talking about USD?)

I am going to grab some food, I'll post up some other options for ya when I get back. The P8XXX chips are really nice - they don't take up much power and overclock fairly well if you are into that stuff.
