Default DDR2 vs DDR3 and 4500m vs 3200

Im comparing these three laptops:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16834115654

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16834220663

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16834146609

the first two are 500$
but i dun know which one is better
while the thrid has 3 gb of ddr3 Vs th 4 gb of ddr2 in the prev laptops...

Is ddr3 better enough than ddr2 to over rule the 1 less gb and weaker graphics???

Merry xmas

DDR2 vs DDR3 is of no concern to you, it does not matter. Get the Asus. All the GPU's suck so what does it matter. But if it does the 3200 is better and that means the Acer.

My recommendation: go with the ATI, avoid going for the Intel graphics laptops even if they do have DDR3.
Also, 3GB of DDR3 = not dual channel
4GB of DDR2 = dual channel, better performance

Option #1, the GMA 4500M is a sad excuse for a graphics chip.

The 4500 is awful, and the extra GB of DDR2 is more than enough to beat the higher clock speed single-channel DDR3.

Not going to disagree with those who say 4500m sucks because it does but 3200 also sucks but is better than 4500m. That said the 3GB RAM does not run single channel, that is fact. Anyone who says that is ignorant, I at this moment do not feel like teaching you what is very available with google. Tip Asymmetric RAM array or flex mode. It is not single channel guys!

I can't stop! Running single or dual channel both on a notebook do not surpass the theoretical limits of even single channel. So kind of esoteric, on Intel mobile at best 10% on a benchmark. Makes 0% difference real world.
