Default New Apple MacBook (nonPro)

http://www.apple.com/macbook/macbook.html

It comes in black I REALLY like this notebook but Im not really in the market for a new lappy right now, especially not since my HP zd8000 was a HUGE disappointment, though mac fans who're looking for an ultra-portable should look no further, the MacBook can be configured with a 2GHz CoreDuo, 2GB DDR2 667, onboard Intel GMA950 graphics chip and comes with a 1280x800 13.3in screen with a builtin 640x480 camera.

Well, you could use the MacBook as a main rig... unless you're a gamer that is.

That power cord idea is so smart. I have a little mac laptop that I keep in my living room, and I love it. This one looks even slicker.

Well... I'm buyin it this summer. I've been waiting for this thing for months. I love the magnet latching system. And personally, I don't really like the black, just looks like another pc lappy to me. I'm sellin this rig so I can get it. There's no reason not to get a mac anymore. A Dell w/ the same cpu at the same speed is 2,600 (for the lowest) and all the more you get is a gig of ram, better video card, and bigger screen, however, it looks crappy, doesn't have a built in camera, doesn't come w/ iLife, and the Ram isn't as fast. Not to mention Apple's quality is superior.

I want an older apple lappy that I can put Linux on. This would just be grand though!

Oh, and I forgot, the Dell's don't have any front row, Magsafe, or the magnetic latch, or sudden motion sensor, or a remote.

Yeah... that is dumb, I'm getting the lowest version w/ the student discount. Saves me $50!
