Hey,
Okay so my laptop is lagging alot, and it doesn't have lot of programs installed.
When i open Internet Explorerr it starts to lagg and the music playing in the back also...Is there any program that could boost it up?.

What are the specs of it? For example, processor speed, when you bought it, what OS?

Check for spyware.

It is a 2,8 Ghz Pentium 4, 512 MB, 80Gb. I bought it last year, and it's Windows XP Home Edition.

I use Adware. could be time for a fresh install of windows, sometimes a fresh install will do the trick.

This is what I would do

Run Ad aware http://www.pcworld.com/downloads/fil...id,7423,00.asp
Run Spybot search and destroy http://www.pcworld.com/downloads/fil...d,22262,00.asp
Run anti virus system scan (choice)
Run C Cleaner http://www.ccleaner.com/
Then Defrag

If that doesn't help, I would maybe start looking at hardware issues.
If it was really starting to piss me off I would re-install windows on a freshly formatted hardrive.

Yes, but I would try to find the problem first as stated in Osiris post, if that dosn't work then a fresh install.
