i can sell with my amount of rep because i was around before the rule changed so i guess you could say those who were around like me are exempt.

The grandfathering rule expired in March after a 16 month grace period. I have since manually removed sale privileges from everyone who fit into the grandfathered group, but since this thead was created after the March 15 deadline, I have to close it.
