They have 2003 COA's. So if you go online and buy the Dell Server 2003 (32 or 64bit) you can install it on the machine with no problem. It works for Server 2008 as well.

But I bought the server & used Ubuntu Linux on it.

Also, this server is cheaper than most sold on ebay (buy it now, or the range most end in when bidding is over.)

And if I were to max out the HDD space & RAM it would cost to much and not be worth what it would cost to increase the server.

Yes, and all drivers are on Dell's Website.

Ubuntu Server 8.10 worked flawlessly.
Windows Server 2003 64bit worked flawlessly
Windows Server 2008 64bit worked Flawlessly.

Never had an ounce of trouble with 64bit running on this server.
