Ive got a Phenom Triple core Toliman for sale. I'll even send it to you in a nice Sempron box with a Phenom II 920 cooler (with heatpipes) if you need it! Ive had the 8650 since December and it was used from March 2nd to June 16th. I overclocked it to 2.6, but stopped there due to my cruddy ram setup.

Good deal here... on your ram issue, how are you making up 5 gb? Thats whats probably limiting your oc, i'd assume you have all 4 or 3 dimm slots populated (2x2gb+2x512mb or 1x1gb). If you have 2x2gb sticks, pull out all but those and then try to oc. I bet you'll get alot better results. Populating only two slots will be easier on the memory controller allowing you to get higher.

Yeah, Ive got 3x1gb and 1x2gb. Im not worried about a big overclock though so I never upgraded my ram. One of these days I will get a better kit, or trade for this processor. Really hurting for money atm though.

yeah, i hear ya man. in the same boat... i'd probably pull out all but 2x1gb sticks and go with 2gb for now and a good oc. On the side note, i might know someone who would like your cpu. i'll see and report back.
