I'm on a LiveCD-
My HD died- so I'm using a LiveCD until I have the monies to buy a whole new rig (I have a spare HD, but I don't want to use it since I'm selling it soon.)
Anyway; I wanna fold- I have a thumb drive that I was thinking I could use as a folding directory for F@H, but Firefox won't let me change the directory to were downloads are saved, so it downloads to the desktop, and when its "done"....its not there. I can't find a place at all in Firefox to change it, I know how to do it- its just not there to do it. *sigh* Anyone know how?

Instead of having it save to a location, just see if you can open it. It probably won't work because you'll still need a temporary file directory thats usually on your HD somewhere but its worth a try
__________________ If you want to change the location its downloaded to just go to tools>options>download tab on top>and then browse and edit the download folder. It should be there

Edit>Preferences> Downloads tab.

 I've been using ubuntu since my video card died.
