That's the problem. This is exactly why I think there should be a law that says that computers and OSs should be sold separately. The center of control that m$ has over the OS market is the fact that it's pre-installed on every computer. OSs, including both windows and Mac OS, should have to be bought on a disk separately from the hardware.

A fresh install of Ubuntu-EEE. I'm a complete Linux noob but I think it is running Gnome. Windows is a lot easier for me but I'm enjoying learning how to use this.

got it working biatchi. It was the way i was calling the sensors within my conky. Human error not machine haha. Will ave an update posted will new conky script later

Maybe it's because of the jpg quality, but the text in the terminal is hard to read.

It is a bit, think it's because it was open over the home folder viewer. i wanted to take a screenshot of some text in there so i just did the first command that came into my head. sudo apt-get install lm-sensors
