3 button scroll wheel, 2 side buttons, 2 regular buttons
scroll wheel buttons don't work, but the wheel itself does, and side buttons don't work

Resolution and sample rate are specific to certain mice, and remember your mouse is 7 buttons (the max supported by xorg).

__________________Didn't quite work for me but this did: http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.p...=mouse+buttons Apparently the sequence in "ButtonMapping" is the key Maybe this will help someone else. Logitech MX600 and Ubuntu 7.04

Xorg is independent of the distro, so as long as they don't use any ubuntu specific commands(and it appears they don't) then it'll work on other distros too.
