I still can't figure out why some people have been getting that error. Some it works and some others get the error.
Your getting b/c its saying it can't find the file settings/Settings.pm. Try what reset3x suggested and let me know it is works.

Its b/c you'd have to change a line in HD.pm then. You shouldn'd need to make a ./settings/Settings.pm b/c the file should be there to begin with. perl however wants in the the current working directory ./Settings.pm
