Folding Fanatic

I'm looking for an FTP client or something that will automatically upload a file at intervals. I want to upload a .txt file (FAH log file) to my website so I can monitor it without actually looking at the computer.
Anything?

You want a script like DH said. You could script it to either email you the file or ftp or scp or some other transfer command. Look into the 'cron' command to schedule it
