Question How I Uninstall a .deb package

I need to uninstall two Modem drivers. And some PCTel drivers... and I have no I idea how to.

Or If I need to, I dont want them interfering with new modem drivers.

You can go to Device Manager, right click on the hardware you don't want, and click "uninstall" (not disable)

Synaptic Package Manager had the Conexant driver, But I cant find the PCTel ones I guess I can just find the files and delete them.

NVM the PCTel's weren't even installed the were just in my home folder.

In Unbuntu you just double-click a .deb and GDebi Package Manager will open and ensure the dependencies are met then install the package....

If you have installed a package, it will be inside synaptic. If it is installed, and you have searched for the right thing, it will show.

And with Linux, one driver interfering with another is very uncommon. I'd not bother unless you actually have problems.
