I tried evolution but I cannot seem t get it to worth with my gmail. . . I may be retarted but I would like to see what others are out there anyway.

I have tried KMail, Evolution, and Thunderbird. Here they are from best to worst in my opinion:

Evolution

Both KMail and Evolution are a bit cluttered.

Thunderbird *should* work in Linux--I have never tried. But I love it in windows... And it has no problems checking gmail accounts.

There is a Linux version. It is fully supported by Ubuntu.
