Hey all
Im very familiar with linux, i have openSUSE and ubuntu and previously had ubuntu studio. Now my question is i need a linux distro that is good for web develpoment and i can do php and etc. Is there any such distro that would be good for that? thanks

i know that people use Redhat for the servers, but any distrobution can be used you will probably pick up some open source software to help you.

any distro will work, all you need is an HTML editor. i like Bluefish, it has PHP, CSS, etc...

Any distribution will work for development. If you are looking for specific software, Bluefish and Aptana Studio are good choices. Bluefish is more lightweight, Aptana is Java based and can be a resource hog at times.
