I was originally going to save a .txt file with all of this info,so I'd have it all in one place, but then I figured hey, I'll save someone else the trouble of finding all of the information as they need it, like I did

Congrats, your Fedora 10 install should now be able to do anything you want it to. ![]() All info in this post was obtained from the following sites. I give them total credit, as all the information I posted here was basically copied and pasted from them. This is my first time writing a "guide", so constructive criticism is welcome ![]() http://www.ducea.com/2006/06/01/disa...fault-kernels/ http://linuxpoison.blogspot.com/2008...fedora-10.html http://nareshv.blogspot.com/2008/11/...fedora-10.html http://forums.fedoraforum.org/showthread.php?t=204752

Nice guide. Much of that and even more is in my Linux Software Guide (below) and I'll update it.

![]() I never checked out your software guide before, that was a nice read, great job on that, you went much more in-depth than I have, and I'll definitely be trying out those sensor commands

I try to write good stuff. It was also longer than it would otherwise be because I was covering Fedora and Ubuntu at the same time, by popular demand.

Updated. Bolded some words to make it easier to find certain things, and
quoted an amazing post by leigh123@linux on forums.fedoraforum.org about installing Nvidia drivers. I think I may have to pick up an Nvidia card soon. Lack of ATI drivers is getting to me
